Can I keep my business phone number?

Yes. We move your existing numbers over for you, so your customers keep dialing the same number they always have.

Do I have to use the AI receptionist?

No. If you'd rather keep a traditional "press 1 for sales" menu and voicemail, that works just as well. You can switch to the AI receptionist later if you want to.

What phones do I need?

We supply Yealink and Snom desk phones, set up and tested before they arrive. You can also use your cell phone with the mobile app.

Will my phones go down during the switch?

No. Your current system keeps running until your number moves, and you can test the new one on its own number first.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Service is month-to-month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

Who do I call when something's wrong?
